18x Deadlifts 111/77kg / Hang Hold*
7x Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees
36x Wall Ball Shots 9/6kg, switch every 6 reps

While one athlete performs the Deadlift, the other hangs from the Pull-Up Bar. Switch as necessary.
